We are seeking to
appoint an Inclusion Manager to work for the Assistant Headteacher to manage
the inclusion room which accommodates students who have been removed from lessons
for a fixed period of time.
The role requires that ideally you:

Have high
standards and expectations
·
Have high
aspirations for what young people are capable of
·
Have some
experience in coaching and/or mentoring
·
Have excellent
organisational and behaviour management skills
·
Can clearly
communicate with others
·
Can manage small groups
of students
·
Are committed,
enthusiastic, determined and have attention to detail
·
Understand the
additional needs of students with barriers to learning
This post is a
term-time appointment, 36 hours per week – with a daily start time of 8.10am
and 30 minutes lunch break. Staff on
term-time contracts are required to arrange their holidays within School
holiday periods.
