Exciting opportunity
As a member of the central team, the HR Administrator will support schools by delivering high-quality services within the HR team, ensuring compliance and excellence in all areas.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to take ownership of a wide range of administrative responsibilities. This role will primarily be based on-site at our office in Wolverhampton.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the HR team in managing the day-to-day HR and payroll administration across the Region
Supporting the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll processing, leaver administration
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR
Handling recruitment administration, including job adverts and compliance checks
Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries
Assisting with reporting, audits, and policy implementation
About you:
A minimum of 1 year’s experience working in HR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
Proficient in MS packages, including Excel
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong commitment to confidentiality and impartiality
