The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging, child-centred experiences both indoors and outdoors.

 

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reflective EYFS Teaching and Learning Support Assistant who:

● Has a genuine passion for supporting young children in their early years development

● Has experience working in an EYFS setting

● Builds warm, positive relationships with children and families

● Can support learning through play, exploration and high-quality interactions

● Has high expectations for children's learning, behaviour and wellbeing

● Is patient, nurturing and responsive to individual needs

● Works effectively as part of a team and takes initiative when required

● Is committed to helping every child develop confidence, independence and a love of learning

● Is eager to develop their practice and contribute to the wider life of the school

 

This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a meaningful difference during the most important stage of their educational journey.
