Salary: £29,806.00 (FTE)
Contract: Fixed term, 36.25 hours per week

The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic
EYFS Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join our Early Years team. The
successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning and
development through engaging, child-centred experiences both indoors and
outdoors.
We are looking for a caring,
enthusiastic and reflective EYFS Teaching and Learning Support Assistant who:
● Has a genuine passion for
supporting young children in their early years development
● Has experience working in an
EYFS setting
● Builds warm, positive
relationships with children and families
● Can support learning through
play, exploration and high-quality interactions
● Has high expectations for
children's learning, behaviour and wellbeing
● Is patient, nurturing and
responsive to individual needs
● Works effectively as part of
a team and takes initiative when required
● Is committed to helping every
child develop confidence, independence and a love of learning
● Is eager to develop their practice
and contribute to the wider life of the school

suited to someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a
meaningful difference during the most important stage of their educational
journey.
