About this Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to take a pro-active role in the support of the educational, social and physical needs of the pupils; to support the curriculum and the school through the provision of assistance to the teacher in the practical organisation of class activities and small group work.

We would like the successful candidate to also assist and supervise individuals and groups of pupils during the lunch break, encouraging responsible and appropriate behaviour, activities and play, ensuring the safety of pupils. and to help with the provision of snack and before school activities for our Breakfast Club children and wraparound care. You will be responsible for providing a welcoming, safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment for all of our children. The role involves setting up the venue each day, welcoming children into the club, serving a snack, supervising the children in quiet and calm activities, and tidying the venue after use.
