Reydon Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our children enjoy a safe, happy, and engaging lunchtime experience. We’re looking for someone who is patient, approachable, and enjoy working with children.


Job Title: Midday Supervisor

Location: Reydon Primary School

Salary: ALT Grade B Points 3-4 - £4,137.90-£4,170.44 - Annually, Actual

Contract: Permanent, 7.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (1.5 hours per day), 38 weeks per year


Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising pupils during lunch breaks to maintain order and prevent accidents
  • Assisting pupils with tasks such as opening food containers, cleaning up spills, and resolving minor disputes
  • Ensuring that pupils follow academy rules and behaviour expectations during lunchtime
