Green Meadow Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced and committed SENCO to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the school fulfils its statutory responsibilities for pupils with Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).
Implement and monitor provision to improve progress for pupils with SEND relative to their peers.
Support and develop staff understanding of SEND needs, enabling confident and inclusive teaching.
Consult and collaborate with staff, parents, external agencies, and other schools to coordinate support and ensure continuity of provision.
Act as a proactive member of the school’s leadership team.
