Lead Activities Worker (Wrap Around Care) Grade 3 Scale Point 7 - 10
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 9.00am and then 3.00pm to 6.00pm - Term Time only September 2025 to August 2026

Our ideal candidate will work with the school to ensure that the supervision of children during lunchtimes is positive and effective.
We are looking for a candidate who:
As the Wraparound Care Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our breakfast and after-school provision. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensure a warm and inclusive environment, and work closely with school staff and families to provide high-quality care.
Set up and manage daily wraparound sessions
Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
Provide a safe and stimulating environment for all pupils
Lead and supervise wraparound care staff
Liaise with parents and carers to support children’s needs
Ensure policies and procedures (e.g. safeguarding, health and safety) are followed at all times.
About You:
Experience of working with children in a primary school or childcare setting
Enthusiastic, reliable, and nurturing in your approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Paediatric First Aid and DSL Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete).
