About this Role

We are looking for someone who will join our team who will:

Have the ability to work with and communicate effectively with pupils and staff.
Provide support/supervision for pupils during lunch periods both in and out of the provision or dining hall to ensure a safe environment at all times.
Support the Academy in ensuring the safety and welfare of all pupils.
Be an enthusiastic and good team member
Deal with any injuries as they occur and report any issues to the relevant class teacher at the end of the lunch break
Encourage and support pupils during the lunch break to participate in organised games
Have the skills to ensure that Lunchtimes are safe, healthy and fun

You will have:

A Good standard of education especially in numeracy and literacy.
Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with staff and pupils.
The ability to relate well to children.
Energy, drive and enthusiasm.
