Key Requirements: We are looking to recruit 3
Teaching Assistants who are committed to improving the outcomes and life
chances of young people with complex special educational needs, and who have
the ability to inspire pupils to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidates will have had experience of working with
children with additional needs and behavioural difficulties. An interest in Phonics,
Science, Music and/or ICT is desirable, but not essential.
The new Teaching Assistants will be able to work as part of
a dedicated and committed team of professionals in a range of academic and
pastoral areas. Candidates must be able to build positive relationships and
manage pupils’ behaviour effectively within a classroom environment. An ability
to be proactive, resourceful and energetic is essential.
