About this Role
Standlake Primary School are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly and hardworking team to work directly with our well behaved children. This will be working with our youngest children aged 2-5 years, supervising them whilst eating in the lunch hall and then while they play outside. A good understanding of safety for children of this age when eating is essential. This role may also be with older children in the school where needed.
We are looking for a Lunchtime Supervisor who:
· Is committed to ensuring that all children enjoy their lunch times.
· Enjoys working as part of a team.
· Is punctual and reliable.
· Is friendly and approachable.
· Is able to lead playground games.
· Is able to identify children that might need extra support to make new friends and join in games.
· Can assist with daily duties, including the daily setting up and running of a dining hall.
· Is calm and patient.
· Is professional and good at communicating.
