About the Role
Gladstone Park Primary School is a vibrant, values-driven community school in Brent, where our RIDER values sit at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a compassionate, strategic and inspiring Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion & Safeguarding) to join our senior leadership team on a fixed-term, maternity cover contract.
You will lead on inclusion, safeguarding, behaviour and wellbeing across the school, ensuring that every child — whatever their background or need — is known, supported and able to thrive.

Has a strong track record in inclusion, safeguarding and SEND
Can inspire, coach and empower colleagues across the school
Is strategic, solutions-focused and committed to continuous improvement
