About the role
The ERP - Enhanced Resource Provision is part of the Haxby Road Primary academy school but is based across two sites, both Haxby Road Primary Academy and Lakeside Primary Academy, both of these schools are part of Ebor Academy Trust.
There is currently an opportunity to welcome a Class Teacher into the hardworking and dedicated team. Within this role you will split your time across both sites where you will support children in their learning and offer them a balance and differentiated curriculum to suit their individual needs.
We are looking for someone who strives for the best outcomes for every child within their class, who makes learning fun and engaging and who places a large emphasis on the wellbeing of our children. Someone who is passionate about improving both pupil attainment and standards of teaching and learning and who has a strong vision and shared ethos that supports our values and culture here within the ERP.
The job requirements
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
The successful applicant will have:
A track record of raising both pupil attainment and standards of teaching and learning.
A strong vision and ethos that supports our values and culture.
A colleague who sees themselves as a teaching professional with middle and future leader aspirations.
Experience of teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs including those associated with communication and interaction.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have good, clear and effective behaviour management skills.
