About
the Role
We are
looking for a Teaching Assistant who will:
- Provide
catch-up support to small groups of children.
- Deliver
targeted interventions within and beyond the classroom.
- Support
pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
- Contribute to
a culture of high expectations and compassionate care.
We are
looking for someone who:
- has a
particular strength in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- has values
that align with the values and ethos of a Church school;
- has a good
understanding of pupils’ needs and development and how children learn; Can
work confidently with individuals and small groups, including those with
SEND.
- Is
enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part
of a team.
- Has excellent
communication skills and a good grasp of English and Maths.
- Is committed
to nurturing the whole child—intellectually, emotionally, socially, and
spiritually.
