About this Role

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organised Inclusion Strategy Co-ordinator to join our Inclusion Team. This role supports the Inclusion Team in ensuring that students eligible for Pupil Premium receive appropriate academic, pastoral and enrichment support.

You will be a key member of the Inclusion team, working directly under the Deputy Head and alongside the SEND team, Heads of Year, Phase Leaders and families to remove barriers to learning and champion our students eligible for Pupil Premium funding. You will provide administrative, data and practical support to the Inclusion team for students eligible for Pupil Premium, including maintaining accurate records, supporting communication with families, and helping to deliver agreed interventions and activities under the direction of senior staff.
