Salary: MPS 3- UPS3

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Year 6 Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is a key role within the school, requiring a practitioner with strong classroom practice, high expectations and a proven ability to prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments and transition to secondary school.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Be an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher, ideally with recent Year 6 experience

  • Have a strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and assessment requirements (including SATs)

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management and high standards of teaching and learning

  • Be committed to inclusive practice and meeting the needs of all learners

  • Support and promote the Catholic ethos of the school (practising Catholics are encouraged to apply, but this is not essential)

  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive staff team
