We are looking for a kind, hardworking and self-motivated person to join our friendly and supportive team as our new
site agent.
The role would be ideal for someone who is flexible, takes
pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
You will play a vital role in ensuring security of our
school site, that the building and grounds are maintained in a safe, clean and
secure condition as well as co-ordinating and undertaking tasks as may be necessary
for effective site management, while ensuring that regulations are followed and
adhered to throughout.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and
organisational skills; knowledge of and the ability to undertake various maintenance
and repair works, be pro-active and able to demonstrate the ability to work
under their own initiative. Previous experience of working in a school environment
would be advantageous but not necessarily essential.
The role also includes main key holding duties which will
require the postholder to be contactable at all hours in the event of an
emergency.
37 hours per week – Full time (52 weeks)
25 days holiday (not in term time
preferred) plus bank holidays
Hours: Rota – between 7:00am – 6:30pm Monday - Friday
