Tyndale Community School is opening a brand-new nursery provision in September 2026 for children aged 2–4 years.  We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and ambitious Level 3 practitioner to join our growing Early Years team and help establish a nurturing, inspiring and high-quality nursery environment.

As the nursery develops, the successful candidate will have opportunities for professional growth and leadership development, including supporting the future development of the 9 months–2 years provision.

The Role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Early Years Worker to join our developing nursery provision for children aged 2–4 years.  The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Lead and wider Early Years team to provide high-quality care, learning opportunities and nurturing support for young children.

 This role will involve:

• Helping to create a safe, stimulating and engaging nursery environment
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, independence and communication skills
• Contributing to observations, assessments and planning opportunities linked to children’s interests and development
