Tyndale Community School is opening a brand-new nursery provision in September
2026 for children aged 2–4 years. We are
seeking a caring, enthusiastic and ambitious Level 3 practitioner to join our
growing Early Years team and help establish a nurturing, inspiring and
high-quality nursery environment.
As the nursery develops, the successful candidate will have opportunities for
professional growth and leadership development, including supporting the future
development of the 9 months–2 years provision.
We are seeking a caring,
enthusiastic and committed Early Years Worker to join our developing nursery
provision for children aged 2–4 years.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery Lead and
wider Early Years team to provide high-quality care, learning opportunities and
nurturing support for young children.
This role will involve:
• Supporting children’s learning and development through purposeful play and
high-quality interactions
• Helping to create a safe, stimulating and engaging nursery environment
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, independence and communication
skills
• Contributing to observations, assessments and planning opportunities linked
to children’s interests and development
• Promoting inclusive practice and ensuring all children feel valued and
supported
• Working collaboratively as part of the wider Early Years and school team
As the nursery provision develops and expands, the successful candidate will
become responsible for leading the 9 months–2 years provision, helping to shape
routines, practice and provision for our youngest children. This role offers an exciting opportunity for
professional growth and leadership development within an expanding early years
setting.
