Hamstead Hall Academy are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic leader to manage our Resource Base. A heavily oversubscribed 11 – 18 Academy in Birmingham with excellent, highly committed staff. Hamstead Hall Academy is a vibrant, dynamic, and interactive Academy for students of all abilities where achievement is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for someone with a vision for high quality provision and the passion and determination to implement this vision. Due to the nature of the role, applicants from both Primary and Secondary settings are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for someone who has-
* Experience of working with children with SEND.
* An understanding of how to produce EHCP for SEND students.
* An understanding of what is required to conduct Annual Reviews.
* Evidence of leading a team to manage/lead change.
* An understanding of assessment procedures to measure pupil progress in SEND.
* Experience and understanding of inner city/multi-cultural communities (desirable).
