About this Role

Ravens Academy is seeking an ambitious, values‑driven Principal to provide strategic and cultural leadership for our welcoming one‑form entry primary school, as part of Academy Transformation Trust (ATT).

About the role

As Principal, you will:

  • Lead the academy as a values‑led learning community, aligned to ATT2030
  • Shape and sustain an inclusive, high‑expectation culture rooted in belonging and professional trust
  • Secure strong educational outcomes through high‑quality teaching, curriculum and professional development
  • Develop people and leadership capacity while prioritising wellbeing and professional respect
  • Work in professional partnership with governors and Trust leaders
  • Contribute beyond your school as a system leader across the Trust
