About this Role

Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a Pastoral Assistant on a permanent basis at Saint Paul's Catholic High School.

The role will be full-time for 35 hours per week on a term time only basis over 39 weeks a year. 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to provide support to students through managed systems.

 The main duties of the role are:

 To be the first point of contact for students attending the pastoral office, responding promptly and effectively to student needs

·         To support the progress leaders and all relevant staff in their dealings with students


 The successful candidate will:

  • ·         Be enthusiastic and motivated with an ability to inspire students
  • ·         Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations
  • ·         Be flexible, open to new ideas, committed to working as part of a team and of course have a good sense of humour
