Hours of work: (Core school hours - 3 days a week)

We are seeking a dynamic teacher who can deliver engaging DT lessons. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students can flourish academically and personally.

The ideal candidate

  •  Qualified Teacher Status and degree in specialist subject
  •  Experience of teaching at KS3 to KS4
  •  Evidence of securing high outcomes from students
  •  Ability to use IT to support effective teaching and learning
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
  • Effective form tutoring and committed to the importance of pastoral support
  • Understand and be a proud advocate of the five values of all Meridian Trust schools
  • Believe that students make the best progress when teaching is well planned and well delivered
