An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EYFS Class Teacher to join Fulbridge Academy, as we continue to develop and expand our Early Years provision, including a dedicated EYFS facility designed to nurture curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in our youngest children.

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and reflective EYFS practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality early years education. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping and developing our EYFS provision as it continues to grow.
You will have a secure understanding of early childhood education and value nurturing relationships, consistent routines, and inclusive practice. Working closely with colleagues, you will help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment where all children feel supported and able to thrive.
We are looking for someone who:
has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and play-based learning
is reflective and open to professional development, engaging positively with research, coaching, and CPD
works collaboratively and contributes to a supportive staff culture
builds strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
is organised, consistent, and thoughtful, with high expectations for children and themselves

Main Scale pay
Actual salary will be dependent on the number of hours and days worked
