About this Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Teacher to join our team.

The role

Ensure all pupils in their care within the academy receive an exciting, effective and appropriate education
Be active in promoting our visions and values and supporting our ethos for achievement for all and high standards.
Monitor, assess, and report on teaching quality, learning, and classroom management.
Provide differentiated work to meet individual student needs.
Maintain curriculum planning and review cycles in line with school policies.
Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all students.

About You

Qualified Teacher Status
Ability to maximise the use of ICT for both teaching and professional duties
Excellent communication skills at all levels both verbal and written
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Experience planning for and teaching pupils with SEN
Experience with school improvement and monitoring
