The Arbours Primary Academy is a vibrant, 2 form entry
school located in Northampton.
At The Arbours Primary Academy, we are a happy and skilled
close-knit team of teachers and support staff who work together to achieve the
best outcomes for our well behaved and enthusiastic pupils. Staff here are all

About the role
As a Teaching Assistant at The Arbours Academy, you will
play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding our students in their educational
journey. You will be working with individual children having special or
particular needs, in accordance with the child’s statement where appropriate
and\or groups of children as directed by the teacher. To provide support to the
Head teacher\Teacher across a range of child focussed activities, to
promote child development and learning, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom
environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed. You
will be working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external
professionals and you will contribute to the development of our school
community and uphold our commitment to excellence in education.
The training provider for this apprenticeship is Northampton
College.
1 day a week at college
4 days at The Arbours Primary Academy. 30 hours per
week, 9am - 3.30pm
