We are seeking a reliable and
proactive Caretaker to join our site team and contribute to the smooth running
of our busy secondary school. This essential role supports the Facilities
Manager in ensuring the safety, security, cleanliness, and maintenance of our
buildings and grounds. Key duties include site security, portering, basic
repairs, assisting with lettings, and daily caretaking tasks to help keep our
learning environment safe and welcoming.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a premises support or site assistant role, strong DIY skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Shift work is required, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
