The Role:

As a Maths Teacher at EBN Academy, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Plan and assess effectively to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Contribute to a positive, trauma-informed classroom culture.
  • Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team including support staff, pastoral leaders, and external agencies.
  • Help students develop confidence, resilience, and a renewed love for learning.

We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in working within alternative provision or with students with SEMH needs.
  • A creative, adaptive, and compassionate educator.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a trauma-informed approach.
  • A commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for all learners.
