Hours: up to 31.25 hours per week (hours to be discussed at interview)

We are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled, caring and enthusiastic teaching assistant to be part of a unique and exciting one form entry primary school.

The successful candidate will:

· Be actively supportive of the Christian ethos of the school

· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Be flexible; the role may involve working 1 to 1 with pupils who have Special Educational Needs (including those with EHCPs), supporting pupils in group or whole class situations

· Demonstrate initiative and the ability to encourage independence and resilience in pupils

· Have high expectations of themselves and others

· Work well as a member of a team

· Have a heart for the community
