We are looking for a Cover Supervisor, who is confident and able to work with our young people in a classroom environment; to ensure that quality learning takes place during staff absence.
This is an important role to provide additional support to both staff and students across the key stages and will involve deployment to various departments in the Academy on an ‘as required’ basis.

About you:
Our Cover Supervisors supervise groups of students in the classroom, whose work has been set, and ensure learning takes place in a calm and orderly environment. On those days when cover for whole classes is not required, duties will include supporting students alongside subject teachers in the classroom and assisting with supporting students in other areas across the academy as required.
We are looking for an individual who has a very flexible and
enthusiastic approach to suit the varying and sometimes complex needs of our
pupils and who is prepared to undertake any associated tasks as required. The
successful candidate will be a confident communicator and someone who can
demonstrate commitment, energy, and drive to join our team and work to provide
positive learning experiences for all our students.
