We are recruiting for an Early Career at Eastfield Academy, based in Northampton. 

 About the role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated teacher to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their teaching career to work in a nurturing environment where support, collaboration, and professional development are genuinely valued.

The role is full-time, fixed contract starting on 1.9.26 and ending 31.8.27

·         Salary is M1/M2 depending on experience.  £32,916 to £ 34,823
