This role would suit a highly organised individual with experience in administration, ideally within an educational environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, and thrive in a busy, people-centred role. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with students, staff, parents, and external partners, and a detail-oriented approach is needed for managing schedules, events, and school records. A quick learner who is very confident with both Microsoft Office and Google Suite will find this role rewarding, especially if they have a passion for supporting the smooth operation of a school environment.
Language skills in any of Europa School's stream languages would be a plus.
