Why work at Europa?
Other than the EAP and excellent pension, working at Europa School UK offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant, multilingual educational community that values sustainability, innovation, and cultural diversity. With a strong emphasis on holistic education, Europa School provides a supportive environment for staff, promoting professional growth and collaboration. For anyone passionate about education, intercultural exchange, and contributing to a meaningful mission, Europa School UK is a fantastic place to grow professionally and make a difference.
At every inspection, on every questionnaire and just in conversation one of the most frequent things said about Europa School UK is that it is FRIENDLY. Together we work towards our shared vision of a multicultural and multilingual community
We offer support and training. We identify staff strengths and skills and give them the opportunities to use them. With a flat structure all staff can shine and we take on board ideas. Teachers are given autonomy and support staff have a voice. It is a place where your culture is embraced and celebrated.
We have beautiful listed buildings in a stunning situation in the countryside and we offer on-site parking.
Many staff have their children here and benefit from low cost after-school childcare and holiday clubs. The on site pre-school Kiddylinguistics is also very practical for parents of young children.
We are flexible as well, with 80% of our staff working part-time, we try and mostly succeed to fit the timetable around your needs, especially with lots of notice.
