About
the role:
As a Pupil Support Officer at Cromwell Community College,
you will play a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic
journey by delivering high-quality pastoral care.
In this role, you will work closely with pupils on a
daily basis, act as a key point of contact for parents and carers, and liaise
with external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need - strong
communication skills are key!
You will also facilitate restorative conversations
between pupils, meet with students to address attendance concerns, and
identify, recognise, and support the individual needs of each pupil.
Working pattern:
Monday to Thursday 08:15 – 16:15, Friday 08:15 – 15:45
