Community College inspires children to grow into happy, respectful, and
confident individuals thriving in a supportive community. Our curriculum is
designed to ignite curiosity and discovery through exciting opportunities that
make the most of what the local area offers, providing space to imagine and
create.
Our site
opened in 1938 and became Cambridgeshire’s first all-through school in 2020,
with plans to include a nursery and pre-school, offering education from ages 3
to 18. As a cornerstone of the community, we actively foster relationships with
local primary schools.
The school
offers a developed ITT programme, providing opportunities to work with
trainees, and includes its own sixth form.
The primary phase benefits from regular sixth form students as part of
work experience. Cromwell Community College joined the Active Learning Trust in
2017, a network of 21 schools across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, offering
strong support for our vision and ethos.

Cromwell
Community College is the first all-through school in Cambridgeshire, and we are
looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and inspiring practitioner to join our
team. We seek someone who can lead a rich and engaging curriculum, fostering
active learning and nurturing children’s curiosity about the world around them.

begins in the Autumn term of 2026.
