About
the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Cromwell
Community College to join our Bridge provision! As a HLTA, you will complement
the work of teachers by taking responsibility for the development and delivery
of agreed learning activities for students, ensuring they receive the pastoral
and academic support they need to thrive.
You will play a key role within our alternative provision-
supporting the implementation and review of pupils’ individual development
plans, promoting a positive, productive learning environment and providing
cover supervision of classes, as required.
