We are looking to appoint a Teacher of Science. This is a role working within the well-resourced Science Department.This post will be a wonderfully rewarding experience for the successful candidate as they will be joining a supportive team which is part of our wider Meridian family of teachers.

The ideal candidate

  •   Qualified Teacher Status and degree in specialist subject
  •   Experience of teaching at KS3 to KS4
  •   Evidence of securing high outcomes from students
  •   Ability to use IT to support effective teaching and learning.
  •  Commitment to continuing professional development.
  •  Effective form tutoring and committed to the importance of pastoral support
  • Understand and be a proud advocate of the five values of all Meridian Trust schools
  •  Believe that students make the best progress when teaching is well-planned and well-delivered
