About this Role

Kesteven and Sleaford High School (KSHS) is an Ofsted outstanding 11-18 Girls’ School and a member of the Community Inclusive Trust. The school works closely with Carre’s Grammar School (CGS) and is part of the mixed Sleaford Joint Sixth Form (SJSF).

The High School admits 120-150 students each year into Year 7, in four or five forms of around 30. Combined KSHS and CGS have around 1,600 students on roll across two separate single-sex Grammar School sites (for 11-16 year olds). Membership of the Sleaford Joint Sixth Form enables High School students to access a wide and rich curriculum offer at A Level whilst both the Grammar schools maintain all the advantages of single-sex education and friendly, smaller school sites at Key Stages 3 and 4. There are currently 747 students on roll at the High School.

The school is part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.
