Job Overview

We are looking for a caring and creative HLTA who is pro-active in supporting young people and building positive relationships. You will be supporting students in lessons and running small groups in partnership with our excellent English team. Reading is immensely important to us and our HLTA will value reading as much as we do. However, what really sets us apart is our team ethos. Schools are rewarding but challenging environments, so we work hard to support each other, whether it’s sharing a particularly effective resource or strategy, or having a laugh over lunch. We are a resilient and good-humoured bunch and we’d be delighted for the right candidate to join our happy team.
