Job
Overview
We are looking to appoint a positive and enthusiastic individual with the ability to relate well to young people. You will join our fantastic team of committed and effective Classroom Supervisors, working closely with them and other colleagues to support students’ learning.
The Classroom Supervisor role involves the supervision of students in the classroom and delivering lessons set by teachers in their absence. When not supervising lessons, Classroom Supervisors provide support where required e.g. working with individual/small groups of students in lessons and so should be happy to work flexibly across all departments. Ideally, candidates should have experience of working with young people or within a school environment. Support and training will be given for this responsible and rewarding role.
In addition to the above, this role could also provide an excellent opportunity for someone to gain experience in a school before potentially applying to train as a teacher.
We look forward to receiving your application, if you
have not heard from us by the interview date, you may assume that your
application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer feedback
on individual applications that are not shortlisted for interview.
