About this Role

This is a permanent appointment - 7.5 hours per week (11:30am-1:00pm) Term Time only - 38 weeks per year.

Duties of the role are:

Collect food from the school kitchen, deliver to nursery and serve to the children
Supervise and assist the children during their lunch - all children
Ensure standards for healthy eating and table manners are maintained
Maintain checks throughout the lunchtime period to ensure pupils are safe
Clean and tidy the lunchtime space and return the trolley to the main school kitchen
Lead the children in the establishment of suitable activities (as required)
Be aware of and follow the school’s safeguarding, fire and other emergency procedures
