We’re looking for a highly organised, and proactive SEN Administrator to join our welcoming secondary school in Shepperton. You’ll be a vital part of a team that champions inclusion and ensures that every young person — no matter their needs — is seen, supported, and able to succeed.

This isn’t just an admin role. It’s a chance to become the steady, reliable presence behind a system that truly works for students and families who need it most.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be the engine behind our SEN provision — keeping everything running smoothly and making sure no detail is missed:

Coordinating EHCP processes, annual reviews, and key meetings
Being a friendly, reassuring point of contact for parents, carers, and external professionals
Keeping student records accurate, up-to-date, and meaningful
Supporting the SENCo to deliver high-quality, compliant provision
Tracking key information and helping the team stay one step ahead
Liaising with teachers and support staff to ensure everyone is informed and aligned
