This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our Drama curriculum and champion the arts.  You will ignite a love of performance and ensure students achieve exceptional outcomes.  You will have the platform to develop a bold and engaging curriculum, enrich our extra-curricular provision and create memorable performance opportunities that showcase our students’ talents.

As Subject Leader, you will play a key role in driving standards and building a culture of excellence within the department. You will be fully supported by an ambitious senior leadership team who value creativity and are committed to investing in the arts.

At Light Hall, you will work with enthusiastic, respectful students who are eager to perform and succeed, alongside dedicated colleagues who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching.
