Our students are at the heart of everything we do. They are enthusiastic, respectful and eager to learn —

and purposeful lessons.  In History, students enjoy exploring the stories, ideas and events that have shaped
our world.  They learn to debate big questions, evaluate evidence and communicate their thinking clearly and
confidently.  You will teach a curriculum that is engaging, inclusive and ambitious, so that every student—
whatever their starting point—can make strong progress and feel proud of what they achieve across Key

With our Sixth Form, there are many opportunities to shape the future of our students and the school.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would be delighted to hear from you.  Please do apply—
and if you would like an informal conversation or a visit before you submit your application, we would be very
happy to welcome you to Light Hall.
