About the Role
OIEA is an inclusive Academy seeking to appoint a passionate
and experienced Literacy Intervention Lead to support pupils. In this role, you
will deliver high quality literacy interventions to small groups of students
across key stage 3 and key stage 4, helping to improve literacy skills, boost confidence
and support students to make measurable progress.
This role is part time 17 hours per week, term time only. Flexible
working hours are available between the core school hours of 8:30am to 3:00pm.
