About You

Are you passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? Do you bring creativity, energy and a commitment to helping every child succeed?

·       An experienced Reception/KS1 practitioner who already has experience of having their own class in this key stage.

·       Has an excellent understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and has experience of teaching mixed aged classes.

  • Is kind, patient, and motivated to help every child flourish.
  • Brings energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to every day.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, building great relationships with children and adults alike.
  • Is reflective and open to learning — eager to grow within a school that values innovation and professional development.
  • Has led a curriculum area and has skills to lead a subject area like Computing.

As a Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners across a range of abilities.
  • Create engaging classroom experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
  • Use adaptive teaching approaches to ensure every pupil is supported and challenged appropriately.
  • Work closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants and specialist staff, to provide targeted support and interventions where needed.
  • Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, leading enrichment opportunities and promoting our values across the community
  • Lead and drive a curriculum subject like Computing across the school
  • Reflect on and develop your practice within a trust that values collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
