We are seeking an experienced and compassionate educational leader to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Principal – Pastoral.  This pivotal role focuses on fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every pupil can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What you will do:

  • Strategically lead on school attendance
  • Champion pastoral care and safeguarding across the school
  • Lead strategies that promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Work closely with staff, parents, and external partners to support every learner
  • Shape whole-school improvement and contribute to our vision for excellence
