About this Role

Term-time only + Training Days.  27 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8.45am to 3.15pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our warm and engaging team. We are seeking a child‑focused and supportive individual who is committed to helping  pupils access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential within a positive and inclusive school environment.

Working under the direct instruction of the SENDCo and teaching staff, you will support pupils both within the classroom and across other learning areas. You will assist in the effective management of students and work under the guidance of the SENDCo to implement agreed programmes of support for individuals and small groups. You will also provide assistance to the faculty where necessary and play a key role in ensuring pupils feel supported, included and able to succeed.

Our behaviour approach is built on clear, consistent expectations that help students focus and thrive, supported by compassionate pastoral care that ensures everyone gets the right support at the right time.

We are proud to be part of Red Kite Learning Trust, enabling us to draw on all the support and expertise this offers. A partnership that opens doors to new opportunities, inspiring growth, development, and limitless potential for both our students and colleagues alike.
