About this Role

Personal Assistant to the Headteacher

Required: Immediately

 

37 hours per week - 41 weeks per year (Term time plus 3 weeks)

Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm

Scale 8 point 25 (Range 25-28) - Actual salary £33,577 (including Fringe)

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant to the Headteacher. They will provide a comprehensive, professional and confidential PA service to the Headteacher. Experience of working at a senior management level within an organisation would be beneficial. The suitable candidate would be highly competent across the office suite and IT platforms, with outstanding numeracy and literacy skills.

Education experience highly desirable


2025 – 74.9% of students achieved grades 9-4 in GCSE English Literature and 74.8% in GCSE English Language and 78.1% of students achieved grades 9-4 in Mathematics

2024 – 77.5% of students achieved 9 - 4 in GCSE English Literature and 79.5% in GCSE English Language and 79.9% of students achieved 9 - 4 in Mathematics

2024 - OFSTED Good with an outstanding leadership
