Cover Supervisor
Salary: NJC
Grade D2 Point 4-11, £18,498 - £20,670 per annum (actual)
Hours: Full Time, 32.5 hours per week, 39 Weeks (Term
Time + 5 days)
Required: March/April 2026
We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor (32.5 hours, term time plus 5 days) to join Rainham Mark Grammar School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is considering a career in education. You will supervise whole classes during the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task with the work set and maintaining a positive learning environment. Strong communication skills, good behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships with students are essential.
