At Challney,
we have an energetic and experienced RE team, which has provided a
strong contribution to our EBACCS results in recent years. The department is
housed predominantly in our ‘Y’ corridor with comfortable, well-appointed
classrooms and easy access to the school’s facilities.
Our team has a robust tradition of distributing
responsibilities and cultivating talent and has a consistent history of
promoting from within when it comes to leadership opportunities.
We provide a strong culture of support and care for our staff.
The successful candidate will demonstrate real
enthusiasm for teaching RE and a willingness to work to make an already
established department even stronger with full CPD and ECT support

Purpose of the post
To facilitate and encourage learning which enables pupils to achieve the
