About this Role

Term-time,  training days, plus an additional 2 weeks.  Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week.

Although this position is advertised as 30 hours per week, we are willing to consider applicants seeking fewer hours or flexible working arrangements.

We are looking for an organised and motivated School Services Administrator to support the smooth day to day running of our iPad Schemes. Working closely with the Senior Finance Officer, you will take responsibility for maintaining accurate records, coordinating scheme processes, and acting as a helpful and professional point of contact for parents, students and staff.

This is a varied role within a busy office environment, requiring strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and confidence managing deadlines. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the school and with external partners to ensure the scheme operates efficiently, supports financial processes and continues to develop.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a committed team and play a key part in supporting an important element of the school’s learning provision.
